The Alchemy of Dark and Light
Creation consists of the interplay between Shadow and Light, both inwardly and outwardly.
Personal transformation involves leveraging Light to illumine what lies in Shadow. This is how we deal with demons, inner and outer.
What lies in Shadow holds power over you. By illumining it, you reclaim that power and can harness it fulfilling your potential.
Properly harnessed, eclipses are powerful junctures for just this sort of personal transformation (inner alchemy). This year, eclipse season aligns perfectly with the Forefather Fortnight (Pitṛ Pakṣa) a time to clear ancestral karmas. The Fortnight commences with an Eclipse of the Moon (Sept 7, 2025) and ends with an Eclipse of the Sun (Sept 21, 2025).
And so we gather to harness these powerful auspices “between the eclipses” to engage in the alchemy of personal transformation, leverage the spiritual teachings and practices of ancient India.
